AEP: What sets your venue apart from others in the Cleveland/Northeast Ohio area?

Sapphire: Aesthetically pleasing with picturesque landscapes.

-Napa vibes & Napa wine. Rustic Modern style.

-You need very little flowers or décor on wedding days due to the natural decor and aesthetics already present at Sapphire Creek.

AEP: What are a few mistakes couples sometimes make when booking a venue?

Sapphire: Not considering rain plan options (which we have)

-Not taking full advantage of the venue’s amenities or services (bridal loft, cellar lounge, tasting room, Creekside Overlook, our preferred vendors list)

-Not familiarizing themselves with the wedding contract and venue policies

AEP: What are some of your favorite things about your venue that couples should be sure to notice?
Sapphire: All the natural décor (nature, lighting)

-We have all the photo opportunities you’d ever need on-site around the property. Rarely do our couples need (or want) to take wedding photos off-site.

-The food options (pre-ceremony, main catering, and yummy late-night bites)

AEP: What is the one thing a couple should splurge on when booking with you (something they should NOT miss out on)?

Sapphire: It’s hard for me to pick one:

-Our hand-crafted Signature cocktails

-Champagne greet or pass

-Extravagant food displays

AEP: If you had a client who had endless funds what unique ideas and products/services would you offer them through your venue (a fun extra or unique element)?

Sapphire: Incredible and extravagant food displays (i.e. our Frutti del Mar)

-Working with our preferred vendors to bring in additional up-lighting, furniture, etc.

AEP: What is something you wish all of your clients knew, or a certain thing you wish all of your clients would do to make working with them easier?

Sapphire: Familiarize themselves with our wedding contract and policies.
